Wrost service center .
today my brother visit here to get his lost sim (9899663329) which he was using from the last 10 years , the excutive of vodafone misguide him and said that we cant give you this number in prepaid, if you wsnt to get this number so you have to get this in postpaid sim… and lack of knowledge of my brother he forced to agree with issue the postpaid sim…
this kind of froad at naraina staff is practicing with the customers ..

i am Going to ragister complain in consumer coart ..
also sending an escalation mail to nodul office of vodafoneidia ltd
