Text of Complaint by manish kumar choudhary:

i have purchased the smart watch with fast prime delivery on 26.03.2023.
i have choose the time slot for delivery between 2-6 pm.
but the parcel has not delivered on time and the delivery agent called me at 8 am morning. due to some reason i could not receive his call. when i call him back he told me your parcel has return and again next day at same time delivery boy will come.
if the delivery agent does not consider my time slot, then why amazon giving such option for time slot??? also what about the fast delivery if they have taken already 3 days to deliver the product???
