Text of Complaint by MANISH SINGH:

This is to the reference with (Vodafone )my number 9958213006. I got this number ported from airtel to vodafone or VI now on 4 September 2020. While processing for the same. The sales executive said that I will be receiving complimentary benifits of Netflix, Amazon prime etc with the same.

This was also mentioned in my welcome letter( attached with the mail for your reference). I opted to Netflix and entered my phone number to register. A bill of inr 649 got attached to my bill for the same. When I confronted the sales executive for this, he now denied about getting any complimentary Netflix.

I have called your customer care numerous times, but they’re not ready to help. It is just an utter case of fraud. It should’ve mentioned clearly on my welcome letter that what all I’ll be getting. I am not hungry for a free Netflix.

Since I was getting it for free, I was ok with it. Also, a customer care executive said to me that, we cannot control these apps, if that’s the case. Then how you can add it’s charges in your bill. This is my humble request, either give me some positive solution .
