Actually I have couriered to my friend who lives in Kerla on 28 January 2022.
My courier is missing till now and I am continuously following up with my DTDC center from where I have couriered and from the destination center.
They said mam your couriered has been damaged and they shared a pick to me and that was not my couriered item.
So how I can believed them.
And I asked insurance of my couriered they deny to give it.
They say mam you are not eligible.
Actually I Don’t know procedure. my couriered charged was 600 and my courier value is 7000.
And I did first time courier and I don’t know I will recive this type of service.
3 months have been completed but I have not received any Satisfactory solution.
Please help me to solve my problem and do the needful to clear it and I want claim of my couriered.
