Delivery agent wasn’t willing to deliver the item to the doorstep, forces me to share him the delivery OTP that i receive as an SMS and drops the article at the Apartment security Gate.
After this the delivery agent calls me and continuously gives bad words and abuses me.
See the picture of the call progress from my phone, in first two calls he asks me to direct to the location and in the third call which ran for 3 minutes 51 seconds, he continuously uses bad words and is abusive.
I have raised Complaint with Meesho and the ticket ID is 42095415. But they aren’t interested and neither are serious on the case. Everytime i send mail to them, they say they tried to call me and my number wasn’t reachable.
This is a security and is a threat, since they are vulgar and are abusing and using foul language, they can do anything tomorrow.
