I am a girl staying in Whitefield Bangalore. I had ordered some items in Swiggy instamart, at 6:32 pm the delivery guy called and started abusing me in kannada. He asked me to come to a location to pick the order and started harassing me (saying I will drop the order somewhere and go).
Even I tried to contact the Swiggy customer service, they were just trying to defend themselves without even understanding the situation. At the end they just said that they will escalate the issue to higher level.
As the delivery partner has the information of my address, I feel quite insecure and traumatized with this incident. I want some proper authorities to take this matter in hands.
