This complaint is in reference to Vodafone No – 9811924597
I have been using this no since 2015, suddenly three days back the calling was debarred from this number three days back.
Upon calling the customer care I came to know that there is a due payment of Rs 250 on an alternate no – 9176201987 hence the calling has been barred from 9811924597.
However, the reality is I had already raised a request to deactivate the no 9176201987. I was told by the customer care that the balance is around 196 and you will receive the full and final bill by the end off June cycle adjusting the security deposit of Rs 250 and then you can make the payment.
Now, I have made the remaining payment also but 9811924597 call debarring has still not been active.
Over and above to this, a person called Ezhil (9962792904/05) from Vodafone store Thoraaipakkam has been continuously harassing and misbehaving since last 15 days continuously. First off all I what to know why vodafone store people are calling me and not the vodafone customer care. Today also he called me on my alternate no 9811924598 twice and was misbehaving.
I am so frustrated with vodafone now. I have been using Vodafone since last 10 years and never ever received any call from vodafone store regarding anything. When I call vodafone customer care they tell me a different story and this guy says something else all together, – “He said what kind of people are you, not making a payment of Rs 250 even” . What the hell is this, how dare he is to talk to me like that, and why is he asking me to make a payment of Rs 250 when due is Rs 196??
