Text of Complaint by Pramodh Kumar:

This is to report one of your legal department agent as he is threatening to reveal my number at confidential websites and my parents number too. I have reportedly told him that I have not received the amount in my account but he is not ready to listen to me. You have to take action or else I’ll be heading to consumer court and RBI. And I don’t understand why is he behaving like this, is this the way you people train your agents. He doesn’t know how to talk and threatening me directly. You people are not even a registered NBFC, as a little hope i tried taking loan as i was in urgent need of money due to some emergency. But where is the amount, i have not received it at all and in the app it is showing success, how is this possible. This is how you cheat new users and threaten them right?

I will now complaint against your agent and your company and take legal action against you.

Your agent is threatening like anything and forcing me to pay even though I have not received the amount and I’m tired of telling him the same. But he is not ready to listen and just messaging me like an idiot.
