My order no awb.81342531244 was scheduled to be delivered on 19aug23 . Order was within time and delivery agent called me. He told me that he is arriving at my address in 5mins . I went outside and checked if he has arrived. He wasn’t there so I waited for 2mins more. After that I went inside . After 30mins I called him asking where is he. As soon as he picked up the call he started misbehaving and using harsh language he said he came and called me but I didn’t receive any call. Further he said that he knocked at the gate and rang the bell. He may be right but I didn’t get any call neither I heard any sound of knock at the gate . I politely asked him that if he can come back again but instead he was angry and abusing me. Name of delivery agent is Mr. Satnam singh
