My Opening Balance of January 2018 is Rs. 4912/-

Purchases shown in the statement: Rs. 1810/-

Balance Shown: Rs. 655/-

Missing Amount: Rs. 2447/-

I have sent them various emails with the copies of all the relevant documents/statements but they don’t even bother to read my emails and repeatedly ask me for the Transaction number of the missing amount despite my replying to them that I don’t have this.

I strongly feel that Paytm is a fraud Company simply because it has not bothered to read or properly respond to my emails concerning misappropriation of funds.

Is there any Regulatory Authority which governs this Company?
