Text of Complaint by Akhil Jeswani:

With reference order placed with Bikit India order no 3370 the product received is of poor quality and has marks over it, around the buttons. Also the website stated it’s cotton however the actual product is not at all cotton.

On registering a complaint – first they asked me to wash the shirt and when I refused why should a free shirt be washed, bikit team took time to share Oder details again. This was just a way to but time. Now the team is asking for a packet opening video.

My concerns
– the website states shirt is cotton however it’s not cotton at all
– I have share the pictures of the shirt which the website states as per return policy – the shirt has round marks and quality is extremely poor.
– seeking a packet opening video is just harassing the customer.

Want to file a official complaint on misrepresentation of facts and cheating customers with poor quality products.

Happy to share product pics if required. The same was shared with Bikit team within 48 hours of delivery.
