I am the customer of vodafone from the last 4-5 months.
My vodafone no. is 85261-90000 in the name of Krishan Gopal Bedi
From the first day of my connection there is an issue of calling & internet surfing.
i have tried many times to the vodafone through call & visit buit they give me surety for resolving the issue but still it is pending from vodafone end.
Today(08-05-2019) appox 12:56 pm i got a call from 0181-5058754 & the lady do not show her identity & talk very roughly that your mobile no. bill is pending & if you do not pay your bill the company will send you the notice,but i told her that i have some issues regarding the calling & internet but she abuse me in phone.
This is my kind request please resolve my issue & take strict action against the lady that have used such type of language with the customer.
