I am using Idea Postpaid connection to no.957482113 from last three years. since now I don’t need much use of postpaid connection, so I decided to migrate from postpaid to prepaid. So from Idea store they taken my request and told me within 2-3 days you will receive call and your migration completed.
Today I received call from Idea , but executive was forcing to keep postpaid connection on repeatedly. Finally when I got angry on him then he was asking my all bank details , so I denied him and not to give any private information.
How can Idea ask for all bank numbers? It is very unethical . After that I received message that your request from postpaid to prepaid migration accepted and after 15 min in another message they are saying that your request has been cancelled.
So if I don’t want to continue their service , how can Idea forcing to keep their service s.
So please do needful.
