Text of Complaint by Sunita Joshi:

I recharged my metro card on 30th September, 2018 through paytm but the card recharge machine was showing there is no money (One pick is enclosed ).  I tried 2-3 time with different machines and even talked with the person available on card recharge window and he also tried. I contacted paytm on 3rd October, 2018 and they said my card is successfully recharged.  They asked me to talk with DMRC and provide me a reference number  24436410 to mention with DMRC . I have sent more then 100 mails to paytm and DMRC till now but all efforts are in vain. Each time they are giving false excuses. DMRC even asked me to make a written complaint in some metro station and I did the same but one month past they are not replying. Paytm is now saying matter is to old.

Please help me as I am feeling helpless now.
