Dear Sir/mam
This is to inform you that I have done Delhi metro card recharge of Rs. 100/- at 09-11-2021 of card n0- 84889736 which is failure due to poor server connection and have not received cashback regarding my recharge , I Have complaint already at info@dmrc.org/helpline@dmrc.org with reference no. 96030446
I will thankful for listening my complaint and Please resolve it as soon as possible
Metro recharge is successful in paytm but machine is not showing .
