Text of Complaint by Narinder Kumar:

On 22nd September, I ordered Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 (44m size ,black) during the Big Billion Day sale of Flipkart. My parcel arrived on 25th September but as no one was at home so we told the delivery boy to reschedule the delivery and send me the next day.
Now here the mental Harassment starts
So as he was told to deliver on 27 September but he didn’t deliver
We waited further for four days without contacting Flipkart in hope that they might deliver but still not delivered
Then contact the Flipkart customer care
And everytime they used to give new date like we will deliver your parcel till 3rd October
Again we waited still not delivered
Then further again they given new date that they will deliver by 6 October
Still not delivered
And everytime we contacted them to solve this issue
And they again told they will by 10 October for sure
Then today on 8th October what I see is they started the refund procedure
First of all they made us wait patiently and mentally harassed the consumer(me) in making us wait for the parcel worth 10k
And also as the sale has ended the price of that product has only increased by 2k and can’t order the product again at the same price.
And in the end after waiting for two weeks they all did was refund.
If they only have to do was refund why they didn’t did it earlier and it would have saved us a lot of time.
I am extremely angry with such kind of experience on Flipkart
I hope strict action is taken against this monopolistic companies so that they care for consumers.
