Hi,
I ordered a meal from Swiggy for myself & it was supposed to be delivered in 40 minutes around 12 in the night. The delivery boy was moving in another direction so I contacted Swiggy. They said the order will be delivered in next 4 minutes. They kept on changing the time for multiple times. After chatting for almost 2 hours they said please allow us to cancel the order. I waited till 3 AM which is almost 3 hours. I went through hunger & so much mental torture. I wasted my 3 hours. I asked them to place a new order for me. They denied. I asked to compensate me for my time, trauma & hunger. They offered me INR 52 coupon. I am highly disappointed, hungry, cheated & what not. I am attaching a video of customer service chat. You’ll be able to see what I went through. They played with me & kept asking me to wait which I did. I am sleeping hungry & got headache because of this.
