Text of Complaint by Anamika Singh:

Hi,

My name is Anamika Singh and I m 24yrs old. I living in Delhi and working in BPM. I m also in collection process and I know the collection procedure. But the fact in I m working for UK process and this India.

In month of October 2017, I moved out from my previous address. When I came here, I got to know that there is a network problem in this area. I m working in night shifts. But still some how I had managed to take out time from my soo busy schedule to call Vodafone and to discuss about my network problem.

I called Vodafone customer care to discuss about my issues. I spoke to the lady advisor first and I told her that I wanted to port my number, so what is the procedure.

I don’t know weather she was not in a mood to talk or she was not be able to talk in English. She said, I need to call on other number, which is 198. And she hung up on me before I can ask anything.I again called on another number and this time a gentleman picked up the phone.

He started covering dpa part without listening my query and hung up again. I again called and again a gentleman picked up the call. I was very angry so I told him everything aggressively. And this also the gentleman hung up on me.

Complaint:

1. I was not well, but still I tried contacting them thrice. No apologies from company side. No one contacted after that as a gesture of goodwill.

2.After a month I got a call on my other number from collection department, i spoke to the gentleman and told him that I m not be able to talk now because I was on my way to the office.

3.The company starts calling me in my working hrs, m not allow to take my phone over the production floor. I missed all the calls. Also was not be able to call them back because of the poor network in my area. It was not possible for me to go out of my room in night because of the dark and cold weather in winters.

4. The company starts sending me the mails. I did respond to their mails but no one replied.

5. These mails are mentally herrassing me. I have no explanation on my bill details and charges. I told them, kindly contact me over the mail only. Despite of contacting me, they are keeping sending me the debt letters.

6. I am highly depressed. They are effecting my daily life. I don’t have time for all these things. I want to resolve this ASAP.

7. I want the company to wave off all the charges from the bill and they should provide me the compensation for the mental harassment.
