I booked a room on 10 may 2023 for my old parents as they came to delhi for medical check up as my father and mother both are heart patients. The app stats that i need to 526rs online so i made the payment. The hotel Denied to check in as it was already paid. Then the hotel manager asked them to pay 1000rs if they want to stay because there was no option available as the oyo customer support asked me to cancel the booking as they can’t do anything in this and they will refund the money back. Till now i have not received any amount. Its been 9 days since the event. No resolution provided now they are telling me that the refund is in pending state as the team is looking into it that means its not initiated yet and they gave me confirmation that the refund was initiated on the same day beside that the hotel made a fake update on my booking to raise the amount and i can see multiple booking in my app that were made by the hotel itself. After paying the hotel 1000rs they gave a room that was directly booked from hotel as they are old and going through heart problems the hotel made they clime 2 floor and gave them a room that was full of dog hair and smells alot. When they wole up in they morning they figure out there was a very bad smell coming with they opened the door there was dog poop in front of the door. I would have never gone to the hotel but i trusted oyo and that was my biggest mistake. Beside that i have raised a complaint against the property so that they could blacklist it but told i can see that the hotel is active on oyo app by different name. Kindly look into this please.
