My order number : 171-83222588317147
I had placed an order with amazon for commercial address , amazon attempted delivery on 23 Jan (Saturday) I asked them reschedule it to Monday
om Monday I kept checking with the customer service about my delivery and no one delivered
For the next three days i kept calling customer care and they made promises of delivering this product and also assured me of replacement if the it is not delivered by 30th.
on 29th of Jan one agent called me and made me wait in office until and then 8pm he informed he wont be able to reach me for delivery and will do Monday, I accepted out frustration.
in between amazon has cancelled my order and closing my concern as rare case and unable to help me any case
I am ready to take all necessary actions if required so
