Text of Complaint by Feyzi Sertaç Yücedağ:

I would like to file a formal complaint against Melbet Casino regarding their failure to process my withdrawal request and provide adequate customer support. On 22.02.2024, I initiated a withdrawal of 69278TRY from my account. Despite submitting all the necessary documents for verification, including identification and proof of address, my withdrawal request has been repeatedly denied without valid justification.

Furthermore, the customer support team has been unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving this issue. I have reached out to them multiple times via email and live chat, but each time I am met with vague responses and no concrete solutions. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Melbet Casino.
I urge Consumer Complaints Court to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Melbet Casino for their negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction. I seek a resolution to this issue and request the immediate processing of my withdrawal request as per their terms and conditions.
