Text of Complaint by Heena:

I have placed my order on meesho app on 27/5/2023 and I received the wrong product on 30/5/2023.
I raise the return request to the app but they gave it through QC process but I got completely wrong product that’s why i fail QC . I argued them to do it to non QC pickup and call them but they don’t do anything and my pickup cancelled again and again. I also contact the courier partner they asked me that meesho do not listen their request. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL .
