I Have ordered “Black Kurta Palazzo with dupatta” in the name of Rashi Gupta with phone no. 7838747661 against order id 764426675298 dated 11.06.2023 received on 14.06.23 with wrong product “shrug” instead of “Black Kurta Palazzo with Dupatta”.
In view of the above I have applied to return the order with remarks of the received wrong product but the delivery boy rejected the same because of product mismatch. Tell me one thing: what is my fault in this if the product mismatch has come.
So, I am complaining against the seller who sent the wrong product. Kindly accept my complaint and send my refund amount
