Text of Complaint by Moush:

I ordered a product on Meesho on 17th March, 2021. After few days received the product and paid the amount of 1050/- by cash. After opening the package I found out that I received a completely wrong product. I raised a complaint on 24th March, 2021 for a refund. But its almost been a month and I haven’t received the refund yet. I have been calling to the customer care every 2 days but I get the same answer everytime that they do not have any updates.
Very bad service by meesho, did not expect this.
