I have placed multiple orders through Meesho app for the upcoming Christmas. For some sarees, I have selected multiple quantities out of which they have sent only one quantity. For one order, I have placed 5 quantities and received only 2 quantity. But they have charged me for 5 quantities. For another order, I placed 4 quantities and received only 1 quantity. Same with other order where I placed 3 quantities and received only 1. When I raised a complaint regarding this, initially they sent email that they will refund for the remaining quantities. Later, they responded saying that they cant issue refund with some fair usage policy. Its not ethical to charge for 12 quantities when they have only sent 4 quantities. This is a type of fraud that Meesho is doing and encouraging with the sellers. I have shot videos for one order while opening the package where the package clearly said 3 and had only 1 saree inside. However, Meesho is not even listening to us and doing fraud by charging higher amounts when they are not sending complete orders. This happened to me with a total of 3 orders. I need your help to take immediate action.
