Text of Complaint by Atish Bhandari:

My name is Atish i have tata play connection when i recharge a Tv connection they immediately call to my alternate no for offer and that number was used by my wife and she didnt understand the HINDI language and customer care call her in hindi langauge and take approval for package with misguide communication and immediatly debited account balance when i call to customer care 2 executives are misguide me and said they will refund bt we get another calll from cutomer care regarding complaint they said the will not refunded soo if they misguide customer with miscommunication language they can easily misguide many customers with fraud they only use name TATA bt they didnt give me service like that soo disappinted…#stop making fools to customer #TATAPLAY
