I ordered combo jeans quality of 2 on 6th December and it is a prepaid order,the order came 9th December on that time I am outside soo I said to the delivery boy put it in the address I will collect it when I am return back then I return back and collect the parcel when I open the parcel in this only one jeans is there that too different colour what I am ordered soo i raised a return request as wrong product received and then 19th December my return pickup is done it takes soo long time to pickup the return then after some time the delivery boy said like mam your return pickup quality check failed we can’t proceed refund you can contact the customer care then I contact the customer care and raised a ticket on this issue next they said the refund will process by within 48 hours then next after 48 hours I again asked for the refund they said it will take more time then next day they blocked my account I write a mail about refund money and account blocked to the meesho they called and said like your quality check failed like this then I am said like if we receive the wrong product then we raise the return as wrong product then there is no quality check to the product why you doing like this I asked like this they said sorry we can’t proceed the refund i again asked like after I am returning product you need to proceed the refund now I loss my time ,money and I didn’t get any product kindly help to refund the money.
