60-70% of orders are getting cancelled. I have got in total 18 order and only 8 orders are delivered. 10 orders I got return that’s due to reseller in between customer and seller. Why you put resseler in between and make our business horrible. Please let customer choose they will order or not. Worst ever help section meesho have. Worst customer care and seller interaction of seller domain. They just close the tickets without even calling us. It is not that we are pulling your legs the real fact I’m writing over.
A product is broken during transition by courier i jave uploaded every evedience video, Image everything still they close the case without even calling me. Only your quantity of order increases why dont you show your return rate. My RTO is 80%. Worst worst service you provide to reseller.
