My shipment has been delivered to someone else , Meesho doing this or Elastic Run.
My product is showing delivered without consuming delivery OTP.
I have ordered on meesho AWB: M00219538548 on 31/01/24 and I never received the product till date and there is message delivered on 06/02/24 against the successful delivery.
What do I consider this delivery ? Without consuming delivery OTP of the recipient how
ElasticRun can deliver the parcel. Really this is a fraud and seems I have to raise this issue legally to the concerned authority.
After I raised a ticket then Meesho never responded to me on my complaint, after some days I called then customer support team asking me that product delivered and we are unable to support on this, instead of cross check with delivery partner.
