I’m a reseller and I have a order the product for my customers from meesho  and it’s a prepaid and it has been delivered in some other city,after calling so many time to customer care,now they are saying ask customer to send PAN card,my customer is saying u people done mistake by delivering product to some other city, how I can I give my PAN CARD details to u,as its government card I cant give it as it may misuses,

Its completely meesho and delivery people mistake, customer question is

How they can delivery in different city

Cant they dont know pincode or address or cell number  atlest,

Now what should I do,now customer coming my home and flighting with me and my family,

Who is going to solve my issue
