I ordered 4 quantities of male warmers but received only 1 quantity. I raised a return request mentioning that I received lesser quantity. The return was picked up and I received refund of 1 quantity only. I raised a complaint against and I was told that a refund will be issued soon for the rest of the 3 quantities which I never received. I called the Meesho support again and I was told that the refund had already been issued and I was told to share the last 1 month’s bank statement to prove that the refund had never been reflected in my bank account. When I shared the bank statement which clearly had no sign of the refund, I never received a single response from Meesho’s team. The phone support or the chat support starting disappearing on me without providing a proper response. Meesho in my opinion is the biggest fraud company in the history of Indian ecommerce industry and they must be shut down forever.
