Text of Complaint by Guna:

I have ordered 5 quantities of Sarees in meesho but I received only 1 quantity. Immediately I have contacted meesho customer service they told to initiate return request by selecting reason as missing quantity and I did it immediately. Delivery agent came and picked my product but I got refund for only 1 quantity not received refund for my missing quantity. Again I have immediately contacted meesho and explained everything they told that they will escalate the issue and kindly wait for 48 hours and gave ticket number and I have waited for 48 hours and contacted them and they are saying as per meesho terms and conditions we cannot intiate refund and we cannot help you in this and they disconnected call infront of the face ni value for customers… Customer service people are not intend to help and they are wasting our valuable time without giving any resolution… Please do the needful to get my refund back for my missing items or get it delivered the items to me… I have the proof of the delivery agent who delivered the products he delivered only 1 product and marked delivered in 5 products
