Text of Complaint by Vidya mahara:

purchased a jacket from Meesho app. When it was delivered, not only it was defective product but it was used. Now I can’t return the product as they keep cancelling the return request. Even I tried to reach to customer care. They put the return request once more but it got cancelled again by the evening. Now they won’t take return request again since its limit is exceeded one delivery executive came but he cancelled it in front of me and said it was done by mistake. My payment of amount of 285 rupees gone to waste. Please help. I can’t even wear it since it’s old.
