I placed an order for a black Anarkali kurta on Meesho, but I received a different dress in a different color than the one displayed on the website. I promptly requested a return and refund, but the designated pickup partner (XpressBees/Shadowfax) has consistently canceled my return, citing product quality issues. Upon reaching out to Meesho customer support, I was informed that they are unable to address this problem or issue a refund.
