This is regarding an order I had placed 905918077169_1 on 3rd october 2023, the price of the item was arrounfmd 680/- and I did an online payment! Instead of the shown product (lehenga choli) I received a cheap looking saree and immediately I wanted to return it! Since the delivery boy refused to take it back upon the return request as they say that the item don’t match I has called 3 times to the customer care to sort this issue out! But the delivery boy kept on refusing to take it back and my return to do is closed! I felt cheated! How can the product pass the QUALITY CHECK when I get a totally different product from Meesho! I am a regular customer and this was not expected! Kindly make them isseue my refund !

As checked for order ID: *******7169, the product has been successfully picked up. Refund of Rs. 680 is successfully credited to your UPI account on 11 October.
