In February 2022 i ordereed chickankari salwar kameez with dupatta, paid 1650 rupees and got message that there shall be delay in delivery by seller due to operational issue. i called and they said i should wait for atleast 3 weeks. i waited for a month , then called on 12 march again, they said please wait more. They changed order date to 12 march!! status still showing delay in despatch. I complained and called 3rd time requesting refund of my money as seller cant despatch. They say they can can do nothing if seller can despatch. What the hell!!! They should refund my money. i have waited for 2 and half months now
