Meesho has blocked my seller account since the 28th of last month. Without any prior notice or inquiries, they have blocked all of my listings and catalogs. Not a single product of mine is showing as active on the Meesho shopping app; everything is being displayed as ‘Out of Stock.’
I have raised ticket after ticket and sent email after email, but I have received absolutely no help or real response from their side. For every single ticket I raise, they just copy-paste the exact same robotic reply claiming that my GST OTP verification is not done, and that is why they blocked it. If my GST OTP verification wasn’t already complete, how on earth was I able to list my products and sell in the first place? They have no answer to this question, and I have no idea why they are being so utterly clueless.
Meesho has completely halted my business. I have been sitting idle with my hands tied since the 28th, unable to do any work. Their customer service is so pathetic that despite me explaining the situation countless times, they haven’t provided an ounce of help, let alone a proper response. It honestly feels like Meesho is personally committing fraud against small businesses like ours.
I am completely fed up, which is why I am officially filing a complaint against Meesho.
