Meesho delivered a order which i don’t even placed on app, on first day the delivery boy ask me for the OTP to cancel the order, when i informed him that i didn’t placed this order. But 2 days later again i received a call from another delivery boy, he stated he already reached and delivered a weird product i informed him even argue with him regarding it but he stated that’s not there fault they only here to delivered the product. this frauds happened with so many people in my area .

I had the same problem … did you got Refund
Fraud done by messho … unwanted parcel delivery to my address .. order number 224278381114 , complaint id 8698899451136
I made a complaint on 2nd Nov regarding the unwanted order sent to my address which I never ordered it …
I am still waiting for the refund but In the system the complaint is showing as resolved …customer care is very unprofessional, rude , full of attitude.. doesn’t know the exact process and when. We ask to transfer the call to manager, they disconnect the call
I must say that never place any order via a messho because they leak your personal details to the fraudster
Call on 5th Nov , they said that they have rearrange the pick and this will be done within 24 hours , but pick up done
Again called on 6th Nov , they said that the return has been rejected because I didn’t net the terms and conditions for return hence there will be no refund done for the amount
May I know how did I not met the T&c when the order was not placed by me , nor using my name or using by address
