I have ordered a saree for my wife to wear on Durgapuja. But they send torn pants. I have requested to return. The delivery boy refused to take the return. Then I called customer care. They also refused my word. I did not return my money for my original product. I got the wrong product, which is an old, torn pant, totally not wearable. So I am requesting that the government take the necessary steps to this type of fraud shopping company.
