I placed an order for 2 pieces of kurti on Meesho app on 8th of oct, 2023. The cost of the product was Rs.309 and the total amount paid via UPI was for Rs.618. The package was delivered on 11th of oct, when I open the package and found that only 1 item out of 2 pieces was delivered. I immediately raised a call back from Meesho customer care via their app and informed them of the missing pieces. They clearly denied to help they said as per their policy they can’t help me in this problem . I raised a return request of the item and mention that the product is missing,After the item was picked up, they immediately refunded back Rs.309 and withheld Rs.309. They are now refusing to pay back the balance amount citing policy and guidelines. Request you to kindly guide me in getting back my money.
