Text of Complaint by Hasna AA:

I placed an order for a lemon green gown in Meesho App, but instead, Meesho delivered a dark green kurthi set, which not only differs in color but also doesn’t meet my expectations in terms of appearanc, was a completely different producte. Immediately upon receiving the incorrect item, I initiated a return request. However, despite multiple attempts, Meesho has rejected my return requests, citing that the quality check was not met. When I reached out to customer care, they insisted that the correct item was delivered according to their system records. However, the reality is that I received the wrong product altogether.
