Priya_hoisery seller ( order number :174885623557_1 send completely different item while exchange request (item ordered was 3 set t shirt but while exchange request they send different product that is rose colour pyjama) i could not able to return due to quality check of pick up courier service , they want orginal 3 t shirt for return as meesho sending the picture for return is t shirt . but i received only pyjama as wrong product delivered . i also mentioned while return request in app it is wrong delivery and uploading the picture of wrong delivered items. but after all meesho making return request of original item that i don’t have because wrong item delivered . So it is deliberated SCAM OF MEESHO . MEESHO ALREADY KNOWS WRONG ITEM DELIVERED . STILL MESSHO ASKING TO RETUN ORGINAL ITEM WE DON”T HAVE. Even after contacting customer care they are making same return request of orginal item and pick up boy coming and saying that they can’t take it because meesho sending the image of return is original item. Customer care can’t make return of wrong delivered product .this process of return will end after 7 days because of thier policy of return ends after 7 days .NOW return period end and i didn’t receive still my refund of Rs522 . So how this E-commerce online store works ?
