On 22nd June I made an order booked two shoes Reebok and puma shoes and expected delivery date was 28th June but Amazon failed to deliver the product and made me to wait again till 6th July and finally said the product has been damaged while transit item is returning back to us and said me to order once again to get the product so the catch here is if I again order the same products there is a price hike of 800+ rupees
So I called customer support team and argued with them since the mistake is done by Amazon i requested the same products with same price so they promised me (have sent a mail) that Amazon will refund the difference amount after buying the same products from same seller after the return window is closed
So I reordered the same products with extra price and wait till the return window is closed now after the return window is closed all the customer support team says there was a miscommunication from our end sorry for the inconvenience we will not be able to refund the difference amount
