Text of Complaint by Hazel D Rosario:

Went to taco Bell ambiance mall vasant kunj, and placed an order of ₹995, I tried to pay via paytm but the amount was not being able to process due to server issue, so I had to pay in cash at the time. After I left the outlet ₹995 were debited from my paytm account, i called the manager and informed him about the extra money that has been debited from my account , but be refuse to pay the extra amount that was debited and said that he did not receive any amount on his end.
