Text of Complaint by NAVEEN R SUTHAR:

I was on a commercial trip to vasai(mumbai) and I booked a hotel for first and last time with the franchisee name oyo

But response given by oyo was not really safe i feel that i was not safe with my two colleague.
Hotel manager denied to check in
I payed full amount 868 through oyo app.
His wording was we are not tie up to oyo
Nor I cancelled the room
So, I called the customer care of oyo so that oyo can talk to the manager but they mutually decided and they have cancel it.That caused us a lot of trouble.It took us a lot of money to reach the hotel, and i was so tired at that time , i gave up and request to the oyo guest egm manager Roshan kumar for give us a hotel nearby, still no arragements made by oyo team. I was disappointed when i know there are room available at that hotel ive reached for but oyo but the manager ask us to pay extra money rs-1500. i don’t have as in hand cash at time and we was so embarrassed at time we are so scared. we book a cab and return to virrar station and spent the whole night near the station.
