Dear Team
Amazon has made following transactions to an unknown user using my AMAZON UPI, without my knowledge and approval. upon sending regular emails to resolve this, they are not attending and chosen to remain silent on this . Amazon is not supposed to auto debit my account for the following transactions to a gaming website (KRAFTON)
Rs 750/- on 22/08/21
Rs 1900/- on 26/08/21
Rs 1900/- on 28/08/21
Rs 1900/- on 31/08/21
kindly help resolving the issue
