Hi I have a booking which i had booked in 2019. Due to the pandemic everything went under lockdown. I had been behind Makemytrip since 2019 where i had booked total 45000/- after more than a year they only refunded 2000/- I had been calling them emailing them and they told me very clearly that sorry we cant and we dont follow government rules. Its that daily excuse that please send us the detail on this email or a complaint number is been given but they refuse to refund the money they also been so abusive that that the reps state do what ever u want we wont refund the amount as you people have used the ticket and we see that you have used it. Sir we haven’t use the ticket at all the full country went under lockdown in 2019. And the travel was in the month of July 2019. Sir i request you to please get my full money refunded back to our account. We request you. Thanks Aitidalin
