In March 2020 we booked 2 tickets through Makemytrip with Wideroe airline to go from Bergen to Svolvaer on Octiber 5,2020. Due to Covid19 travel disruptions Wideroe cancelled the flight and informed Makemytrip on June 16, 2020.
3 monthsclater Makemytrip has neither informed us till now, and is NOT ACCEPTING MY REFUND REQUEST. Their website rerurns only error messages, their chatbots dont work when we try to raise refund claim, no human voice responds when you call helpline numbers, emails keep sending you back to website links that lead to error messages only. WHAT A FRAUD AND CHEAT COMPANY !
