I had booked a holiday package from MMT. But the booking had go first flights so as the flights were cancelled, we requested for a refund. They did not agree telling that it is a non refundable package. The only option they gave us was to change the trip dates. We gave them alternative dates but still they haven’t responded and we almost paid 1lakh for the holiday package. They have made the trip planning a nightmare. We are not interested in travelling with MMT anymore. We are not getting any proper response also from them. Please help with the refund
