I have booked air india flight from Coimbatore to Mumbai for travel date 8/5/20. Due to COVID19 this flight was not operated. I applied for the refund through the app but it still shows request in progress subject to approval by airline. I talked to airline staff on phone, as per them I am eligible for complete refund and all their approval were processed. Kindly look into the matter urgently. My PNR is 0983759720215/216/217.
My Mumbai to Coimbatore flight was rescheduled dated 29/11/2020. Booking ID is NF70147282017114. I had paid approx 11000Rs for the booking and credit shell amount is only 8460. Rest of the amount is not credited to my account. I tried using credit shell for different flight travel but couldn’t avail it as total no of passengers differed from my previous booking! As per the govt directive i am allowed to book flights in other sectors too and amount is fully transferable. I would want full paid amount as refund.
